Loyalty points: Can I check my loyalty points balance?

Yes - you can log into your customer account through the loyalty portal. Our friendly team can also check your loyalty points balance when you are next in-store

Loyalty points: Can I earn loyalty points in-store and online? 

Yes - you will earn loyalty points for any in-store or online purchases associated with your customer account. 

Loyalty points: Do my loyalty points expire? 

No - your loyalty points never expire.

Loyalty points: Can I earn loyalty points from my purchases before I joined the GreenPrice Plus?

No - loyalty points only apply to purchases made after you created your account. Your details must be added to an order in-store or online to receive loyalty points for that order. 

Loyalty points: Will I earn loyalty points for purchasing or using a gift card?

Points are not awarded for the purchase of a gift card. However, you will earn loyalty points when you use a gift card to make a purchase.

Loyalty rewards: Do loyalty rewards expire?

Currently, GreenPrice Plus loyalty rewards don’t expire once they are claimed. Once a loyalty reward is claimed, the cost of that loyalty reward will be removed from your loyalty points balance, and the loyalty reward will be ready to redeem on your next purchase. 

Loyalty rewards: Help! I accidentally added a loyalty reward to my purchase, but I don’t want to use it now.

If making a purchase online, your loyalty reward will stay in a ‘claimed’ state until you are ready to redeem it. If making a purchase in-store, once your loyalty reward is added to a sale, it must be used in that transaction.

Loyalty rewards: Can I use my loyalty rewards and other discounts in one order?

Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers in-store. If your order is discounted, you will only receive the amount of loyalty points equivalent to the $ spent, not the pre-discounted amount.

Loyalty rewards: Can I split my loyalty reward value across multiple order?

No - loyalty rewards are only able to be redeemed once and must be used in their entirety. If you redeem a loyalty reward on an order less than the amount of the loyalty reward, the remaining balance will be lost.

Loyalty rewards: I used my loyalty reward on an order, but now I am returning the order. Will I get my loyalty reward back?

No - All orders purchased using loyalty rewards are non-returnable. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Loyalty Tiers: How do I move loyalty tiers? 

Loyalty tier membership is based on $ spent within a calendar year (1st January-31st December). You will automatically move up our loyalty tiers once you meet the entry requirements, and you will receive an email letting you know when you have changed tiers.

Loyalty Tiers: How long do I stay in a loyalty tier?

Once you are in a loyalty tier, you will remain in the loyalty tier for the rest of that calendar year and the following calendar year. To maintain your loyalty tier status after this, you must meet the entry requirements. 

 (For example, an upgrade achieved on December 1, 2026, secures your status through December 31, 2027, with a formal review occurring on January 1, 2028, to determine your tier based on 2027 spending. Subsequent upgrades achieved during a guaranteed year will further extend your premium status through the end of the following calendar year.) 

Loyalty Tiers: How do I check what loyalty tier I am in? 

Simply log in to our loyalty portal to view your current tier status and progress towards higher tiers.

General: How do I save my digital loyalty card?

Log in to our loyalty portal on your iPhone or Android phone, and you will be prompted to save your loyalty card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. This feature is only available for iPhone and Android users.

General: Can I log in to the loyalty portal with my mobile number?

No - you can only log in with an email address, or a connected Google, Facebook, or Apple account. Once your account is created, you can add a mobile number as well as an email address and update your communication preferences. 

General: How do I become a loyalty member?

Simply create an account on the website or through the loyalty portal to join without making a purchase. When you make a purchase in-store or online, you will instantly start earning loyalty points! 

General: How do I edit my account details?

Log in to our customer loyalty portal with an existing account using your email address, then choose ‘My Profile’ or ‘My Preferences’ under the ‘More’ tab.

General: I’ve shopped both in-store and online, so do I have multiple GreenPrice Plus accounts?

GreenPrice Plus will use your email address as a way to identify you in all GreenPrice locations. As long as your email address is the same for all orders in any location, you will only have one GreenPrice Plus account.

General: I don’t want to be part of the GreenPrice Plus anymore. How do I delete my account?

Email our team at memebership@greenprice.com to request to delete your loyalty account. 

General: What are the terms and conditions?
