Membership Tiers & Benefits
The more you shop, the more you unlock. Your tier is determined by your annual spend.
Your membership level is upgraded instantly once the spending threshold is met. Status remains valid for the remainder of the current calendar year plus the entirety of the following year.

How to redeem loyalty rewards?
Online:
- Log in to your customer account
- Add products to your cart
- In the loyalty portal, locate the widget in the bottom-right corner
- Click the ‘Redeem’ and ‘Claim’ next to the reward you want to use
- A unique discount code will be displayed- copy and paste this in the 'Discount Code' field at checkout
In-Store:
- Visit one of our stores
- At the register, show the staff member your digital loyalty card
- Confirm which loyalty reward you want to redeem and enjoy!
Remarks: Only ONE reward may be applied per transaction. Rewards cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other offers, sales, or third-party promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Products with promotion/ coupons used cannot be refunded or exchanged or returned.
